We are beyond thrilled to announce that SBS has acquired A Murmuration, the documentary we have produced about our 2017 high-school drama project, Healing Place, Healing Home. Shot and edited by award-winning local writer, director and cinematographer, Michael Joy, our film speaks to the impact we can have when creativity, community and education intersect, celebrates the power of taking young people’s learning into their community, and affirms the healing that comes from connection and sharing our stories.
We look forward to inviting you to a school-screening when we go to air but in the meantime, here’s a 2-minue trailer to whet your appetite… https://vimeo.com/918132640?share=copy
