On Friday the 27th of November, Class 1-2 performed their first play, The Four Corners of the Earth.
The play follows Aanika, a young girl, who needs to venture from her village on a quest to the four corners of the earth to be able to save her village. This story arose from a folk story lesson last term.
The children were very excited to be able to perform in front of a live audience, albeit rather restricted. COVID-19 restrictions for schools were relaxed just in time to be able to perform for a small parent audience.
After 20 years working as a civil engineer, manager and general manager, John joined the School in 2001 and has taken several cycles of primary school students from 1st to 7th class.
