On the last day of term, the Big Kindy Class of 2020 walked through the arch of flowers, ringing the bell, placed their candle within the spiral, whooshed down the slide and joined their Class 1 teacher, Pippita ready for next year.
Their families joined them as they said goodbye to Kindy and Kirsty. Each child stood with their parents as Kirsty read a story she had written honoring each child and their journey. Meaningful gifts were given to each child as they were showered with words of love, pride and advice by their families.
COVID-19 meant that this year the Kindy graduation was a little different, but all the essence of love and community were present to help the Big Kindy Class of 2020 begin their exciting journey into Primary School.
A mother of four children, all currently at Kindlehill, Rebecca joined the School in 2018. Rebecca manages all enquiries, including enrolments, and is responsible for supporting the teaching and administration staff, including booking camps, organising school events, Sporting Schools grants, purchasing, performance space bookings, onsite IT assistance and marketing.
