Oh, how we love to sweeten the soil with our special B.D. compost. We gather fallen leaves from local parks, collect manures from local animal shelters, stir the magical preparations and layer it all into a luscious feast for critters and micro-organisms who do all the work of turning cast offs into compost for our orchard and vegie gardens. Cultivating soil is a very practical way of reciprocating the gift to the plants and trees who feed us, give us breath, shelter and inspirations every day.
