Last week, class 6 performed their play, ‘The Werewolf Knight’ written and directed by Georgia Adams. The play is about two characters who fall in love, but one has a secret – he does dark and wolfish things when the full moon is out. He struggles to tell her the truth. Fioran, the love of his love must decide if she can continue to love him despite this information. It all ends well. The students worked incredibly hard under Georgia’s tutelage, and I could see the transition from being on stage and reciting lines to leaning more into the characters, their personalities and their individual stories and attempting to illuminate that to audience. The story was perfect for a class 6 in thinking about the complexities of the world, making choices around our conscience and who we listen to. Well done class 6 and Georgia!
