Here we are at Lake George. Last time I was here, it was a wide paddock. Not a drop of water.
Class 5-6 has three days in Canberra as part of our democracy lesson. Both houses are sitting and we’re hoping for some action. We will check out some embassies, including visiting the tent embassy, War Memorial, the Mint, National Gallery, the Observatory and Questacon. We will also be hanging out with class 5-6 students from Orana Steiner School. Action packed.
After 20 years working as a civil engineer, manager and general manager, John joined the School in 2001 and has taken several cycles of primary school students from 1st to 7th class. A founding Director, he has also been the School’s Business Manager and Company Secretary, and currently chairs the Finance Committee.
