Dancing musical melodies have delighted our ears this term as Year 9-10 have explored how to compose Salsa Music. Salsa means ‘sauce’ in Spanish. Students have been cooking up a culturally rich blend of Afro/Caribbean percussive elements and mixing them with guitar, bass and keyboard. Strong rhythms, colourful sounds and soft breezes have supported a richly productive experience for everyone. Enjoy transporting yourself to warmer climes with this immersive listening experience.
