Founded in 2000 with the aim of ‘Kindling a Light’, Kindlehill School will celebrate its 21st birthday on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021.
Lynn, the staff, and students are planning a series of events and activities throughout 2021 including the publication of a souvenir book documenting the first 21 years and the production of a short film about the school and its aspirations for the future.
In keeping with the School’s special emphasis on the arts, plans include a community ecology project and a collaborative, community artwork. A fund-raising project aims to raise the funds for an upgrade of the Performance Space, a unique area much-loved and used by the school and community.
Kindlehill is also reaching out to former students and their families to reconnect with the School during the anniversary year – and beyond.
