2026 Term 3: Mon 20th July – Fri 18th Sept

High School Open Afternoon: 28 August 4-5pm

August 18, 2026

At Kindlehill Steiner School we see High School education in a different way.

We ask ourselves, what does it mean to prepare a young person for a future we can’t yet know?

At Kindlehill High School, we believe it begins by nurturing what will always matter — curiosity, confidence, resilience and creativity.

This is the steady foundation upon which people are able to navigate change, growth, adversity and step into success in whatever way that might look for each person’s individual path.

Our High School program is where young people are challenged and supported to think deeply, discover who they are, and develop the confidence to step into what comes next.

As well as a robust foundation of academic learning, we support them with experiences and integrated learning opportunities where they are challenged, build confidence and can embrace and express their innate creativity through channels such as music, art, drama, woodwork as well as many other areas.

Our outdoor education program is uniquely ours and provides a deep connection with the land that we live upon, the ecology and the community that we live in. It includes Australia-wide camps, regular outdoor PE classes in our Blue Mountains backyard, an immersive geography program and opportunities to learn about ecology, permaculture and land care.

Come and experience Kindlehill High School for yourself.

Join our High School Open Afternoon — meet our teachers, explore the school and discover a different approach to secondary education.
