Kindlehill is a co-educational K-12 school providing an education underpinned by Rudolf Steiner philosophy and pedagogy. It operates within the policies of NESA.

Discipline is an integral part of teaching practice at Kindlehill. Guidelines for the best disciplinary practices, in accordance with the educational philosophy and vision of Kindlehill are detailed in the Positive Behaviour Policy.
This policy applies to Kindlehill School in protecting eligible whistleblowers and managing qualifying disclosures made regarding misconduct in relation to the school.
