2026 Term 2: Mon 20th Apr - Fri 26th June

Class 6 Play – Head Over Eels – Tuesday 23rd June, 6pm

June 18, 2026

We warmly invite School families to our Class 6 play featuring stories of eels, snakes and serpents from cultures around the world. Expect to have an EEL of a sigh and a Dragon of a laugh in the good company of Class 6 families.

The Class have been incredibly enthusiastic, full of ideas about staging. In one scene we stand with Norse warriors beside the Midgard Serpent, then we launch on canoes to Pacific Islands following eel kin, and we end with a beautiful picturing of the sky ancestors in our story of Burra the Eel on Dharug and Gundungurra Country.

The stories are all connected to families in our class.

Hand-drawn eel weaving through seaweed, representing ancestral storytelling and the vibrant spirit of Kindlehills connection to Country.
