International illegal trade in wildlife is devastating iconic species such as  elephants and rhinos, as well as a host of lesser known plants and animals.

This is a global issue!

How should we respond?

Bans and enforcement on this trade raise their own set of challenges.

Can supporting indigenous and local communities help combat the problem?
