Edible Gardens Trail Sunday 8th March

Families are welcome to join S’haila, Sally and Lynn in the school gardens to welcome visitors as part of the Edible Gardens Trail. We will have gardening activities for families including the preparation of a biodynamic potion to enliven the soil. S’haila and Sally have been working each Tuesday with primary school students to bring the roof top gardens to flourish and to establish gardens along the pathways that wind though the school. They are also preparing to landscape the carpark area with bush tucker and nectar flow plants. Last year was a relaxed family friendly day and visitors enjoyed their stroll around our gardens and getting informed about how gardening and sustainability are integral parts of the children’s education.
