Enrolment Process

Kindlehill welcomes all enquiries and visitors to the school. We accept children in any class at any time throughout the year, dependent on current class vacancies.

1. Tour of the School and Meet the Principal

We encourage all parents to arrange a visit of the school, and a meeting with the Principal, Lynn Daniel.
This allows you to better understand the school, and allows us to meet you and your child.

When you meet with the Principal, she will give you a clear picture of the space in the relevant class, and whether we can accommodate your family now or in the near future.

2. Review the Enrolment Information and Fee Schedule

When you visit the school, if you are interested in enrolling and there is room in the relevant class(s) you will be given an enrolment pack, which you can return at your earliest convenience.

The staff are available to answer any questions you may have. In some instances, families like their children to meet the class, and this can be arranged through the class teacher.

3. Enrolment Confirmed

Once you have completed all enrolment forms, please make a time with the school’s administration to submit the forms and discuss any final administrative matters regarding the enrolment.

New families starting at the school pay a contribution towards their first term fees: $300 (kindy families) and $500 (primary school families and families with multiple children). This will secure your place and is non refundable if you decide to not commence at Kindlehill. Those who proceed with their enrolment have this deducted from their first fee invoice.

The teacher will then make contact with you regarding your child’s start date.
